Exporting to .ZIP file

A test module can be exported to a .ZIP file, which can be used as a backup or for re-importing.

Choose one of the following two methods to export a test module:

• Option 1:

  1. Right-click the test module in the TestArchitect explorer tree that you want to export.

  2. Select Export > to ZIP file from the context menu.

     The Export Test Module dialog box appears.

  3. Click to choose a location in which to save the file (in .ZIP format).

  4. Click OK.

• Option 2:

  1. Double-click the Tests node in the TestArchitect explorer tree

     The test module list view appears in the main panel.

  2. On the test module list view, select a test module that you want to export.

  3. Right-click the selection.

  4. Select Export > to ZIP file from the context menu.

     The Export Test Module dialog box appears.

  5. Click to choose a location to save the file (in .ZIP format).

  6. Click OK.

TestArchitect exports the test module archive file (.ZIP) to the specified file.
