TestArchitect cannot navigate to new URL when using setting target browser instance in Edge

Problem:

TestArchitect cannot navigate to new URL when using setting target browser instance in Edge.

Cause:

Edge browser setting will block the new window start by third party tool by default. So when you use target browser instance with new window option, your new window cannot start.

Solution:

1. For the first time, you need to manually open the browser then open Settings -> View advanced settings.
   
   
   

2. Next, disable Block popup setting.
   
   
   or add your AUT website to Website permission.
   
   
   

3. For automation script, after navigate action, turn off webdriver mode then using UIA mode to click on the Always allow button.
