Can I merge/divide my license information?

Yes, you can merge or divide your license information but you can’t do it by yourself. You need to contact our support team at [email protected].

Here are some important points to help you decide whether or not to merge or divide your license information.

Merging your license information. Assume you have 3 different License Servers, each with its own correspoding account, and you want to merge all of the accounts into one account and activate in on one License Server.
Notes:
After merging your accounts, your accounts from before merge will be deactivated and you cannot use them anymore. For example: Based on the image above, the account user1, user2, user3 will be deactivated after the merge and a new merged account will be created.
Dividing your license information. Assume that you have 1 account with 9 floating licenses and you want to seperate it into 3 accounts for use on three different license servers.
Notes:
After dividing your accounts, account that was divided will be deactivateed and you cannot use it anymore. For example: Based on the image above, the account user1 will be deactivated after the merge and the licenses will be distributed amongst the 3 new accounts.
