non-critical wait setting

A TestArchitect built-in timing setting used for action conditions which, if not satisfied, do not directly interrupt normal program flow. (This is in contrast to critical wait settings, which do.) The non-critical wait settings include window wait probe, object wait probe, and value changed wait.
